About Boot Camp: OFF (Overall Functional Fitness) Boot Camp is a challenging and fun way to exercise in a group setting. OFF Boot Camp is a combination of strength training, calisthenics, and cardio. It is great for all ages and fitness levels. Each camp will last 60--75 minutes.
How Big Are The Classes? Each class consists of 5--10 participants.
How Early Should I Arrive? We ask that everyone arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of camp.
Do I Need To Fill Out Any Papers Or Forms Prior To Boot Camp? Yes. Complete Fitness's policy is that each client fills out the PAR-Q, Medical Clearance and Waiver forms as well as reviewing company policies and procedures.
What Items Should I Bring For Boot Camp? Bring a water bottle and wear your regular workout attire. Dress in accordance to the weather.
What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment? That's right, each class is an appointment. If you can't make your class time we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. No refunds will be issued. If you don't show up to class you won't get the benefits.
When is Camp? Classes run for four weeks, three times a week. Please call Complete Fitness for available times.

If you like to work in a group but also want some personal attention than OFF Boot Camp is for you. We will take you through a workout that will leave you breathless but asking for more. This fun and exciting Group Personal Training camp will trim your body like you never thought possible. If you are serious about losing weight, getting started on a new exercise program or in need of a program that continually changes, then the OFF Boot Camp is for you. Functional fitness is earned and everyone who participates will earn everything they get out of the program through speed, agility, and quickness drills along with strength and conditioning. Traditional machine based cardio and strength training workouts are thrown out the window in this camp. You will learn new ways to boost your metabolism while building cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, and a strong core.
Classes will meet at the studio and then walk or jog over to Densmore Park.
